The China Angels Mentorship Program (CAMP) project is an international virtual incubator program jointly sponsored by Haidian Park Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, Ontario Innovation Center (OCI, formerly Ontario Center of Excellence), and China Canada Angel Alliance (CCAA), and implemented by ZPF. Since 2015, CAMP has selected roughly 10 start-ups from hundreds of start-ups in Canada annually to participate in the training camp, and organized exceptional Canadian entrepreneurs to visit their counterparts in Chinese enterprises, investment institutions and channel partners. Through the creation of a platform interconnecting early scientific and technological innovation investment and international scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and Canada, this has allowed Canadian start-ups access to the Chinese market.
The ZRC-Ricoh Innovation Accelerator Program, initiated by ZPF and Ricoh Group Beijing Research Institute, is the sole innovation service platform developed by a Chinese investment institution and a multinational enterprise, and has obtained the patent disposal authorization from the Japanese headquarter of Ricoh Group. In 2016, ZRC-Ricoh Innovation Accelerator Program was awarded the title of "Innovation Incubator of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Base" by the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park. LIFIN Tech Co., Ltd. (a company incubated by ZRC-Ricoh Innovation Accelerator Program)and Ricoh established a joint laboratory in March 2018, inaugurating a new phase of promoting cross-border innovation and research cooperation .
In collaboration with 128 successful Zhongguancun entrepreneurs and investors, "Zhongguancun U30" is a platform dedicated to providing entrepreneurial service. This initiative is co sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League Central Committee, Zhongguancun Management Committee and Haidian District Government, and hosted by Haidian Youth Federation and ZPF. A maximum of 30 winners are selected by "Zhongguancun U30" annually for continuous support. As a brand activity to support the innovation and entrepreneurship of the world's youth, Zhongguancun U30 has been held for a consecutive year, attracting approximately 5000 young innovation and entrepreneurship entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship training, expanding contact mechanisms, connecting high-quality resources, and conducting multi-dimensional publicity are all examples of multi-tiered services that provide ongoing assistance. It has created a platform for young entrepreneurs to interact with the government, society, and investment institutions.
With the assistance and guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Beijing Municipality, Beijing Xinxi Disruptive Technology Innovation Foundation is a public welfare foundation jointly initiated by Zhongguancun technology entrepreneurs and investors. Its mission is to promote disruptive innovation research and ground-breaking technology advancement. The "Beijing Disruptive Technology Innovation Fund" was established by the New Sunrise Foundation, together with the Ministry of Science and Technology and Beijing Municipality to explore a new model of jointly supporting disruptive technology innovation with government funds and social capital, providing a beneficial complement to the current, primarily administrative forces promoting disruptive technology innovation, and the first disruptive technology innovation fund in China. The ZPF founding partner is a major benefactor and a motivating force behind the creation of the Beijing Xinxi Disruptive Technology Innovation Foundation.

Asia America Multi-technology Association (AAMA), established in Beijing in 2004, launched the "Cradle Plan for Future Technology Business Leaders", a public welfare program focusing on promoting the growth and progress of young entrepreneurs in China. The "Cradle Plan" has gathered 500 famous mentors and more than 800 outstanding entrepreneurs from all walks of life around the world, fostered 62 listed companies, and the trainee enterprises received over RMB 500 billion in financing. Asia America Multi-technology Association, as the first non-profit organization in the field that has been officially approved to be incorporated, has successively won the great honors of the First Zhongguancun Innovative Incubator, Incubator for Emerging Industries in Haidian District, the First National Maker Space, and the First Maker Space in Beijing, etc. ZPF's core partner is Honorary President of Asia America Multi-technology Association.
Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club (TEEC), as an organization founded by Tsinghua alumni to advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship, was founded in 2001 by nearly 30 Tsinghua alumni who were engaged in high-tech entrepreneurship between 1977 and 1985. TEEC now has ten branches in Beijing, the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Southwest China, Northwest China, Southeast China, the West of the United States, the East of the United States, Japan, and Europe, etc. 591 members are the founders/investors of leading enterprises in the industry, and 1778 members of Federation of China Youth Entrepreneurs (FCYE) under the age of 35 have brought new vitality and innovation to TEEC. Nearly 100 companies of TEEC have been successfully listed on the domestic and foreign capital markets, with nearly 10 companies with RMB 100 billion, more than 20 companies with RMB 10 billion, nearly 50 companies with RMB 1 billion and nearly 60 companies with RMB 100 million. TEEC is an important platform for the exchange of thoughts and business cooperation between ZPF's management team and well-known entrepreneurs. ZPF's core partner is the Chief Supervisor of TEEC.
Zhongguancun Talent Association, referred to as ZTA, as a bridge, hub and platform for all parties to build a high-tech talent ecology, is professional engaged in the research and discussion on talent strategy, talent development environment and talent policy of high-tech and other high-end industries in China, thus providing professional services to the society and members. The Association, formerly known as Beijing Zhongguancun IT Professionals Association (ZITPA), was established on Oct. 21, 2000. It was the first association approved after the establishment of Zhongguancun Science Park. It was renamed as Zhongguancun Talent Association in Jan. 2013. For over 20 years, the Association, through research project, policy suggestions, system design, talent development plan, high-tech talent development survey, training and exchange activities, talent project evaluation, international talent community planning and Zhongguancun connecting China with the world, has served the government, enterprises, schools, research institutes and society to build a high-tech talent ecology.
